Skills and workforce development 2010: Comparing performance across Australia is the council’s third annual report on the performance of governments under the National Agreement for Skills and Workforce Development.
With at least three years of data for most indicators, this year’s report focuses on the key outcomes relevant to achieving COAG’s overall objective—reporting change in performance over time.
This report was submitted to COAG on 30 September 2011, and publicly released on 10 November 2011.

The National Agreement for Skills and Workforce Development: Performance report for 2009 is the council's second report on this National Agreement. This report focuses on governments' progress against the agreed objectives and outcomes compared to the baseline performance report for 2008.
This report was submitted to COAG on 30 September 2010, and publicly released on 22 October 2010.
