Reform progress

The COAG reform agenda: Report on progress 2012 is the council’s third report on what governments are achieving across the entire COAG reform agenda.

Our report found that of the 30 key reform commitments, three reforms have been completed, 11 are on track, and another 13 are likely to be completed but may not meet their deadlines. The three most at-risk reforms are the nationally consistent occupational health and safety laws, directors' liability and the competition reforms in the energy sector.
